Skills are critical for teachers. My goal with teaching you skills for classroom management is to help make your day easier. As teachers we’re required to do so much. Let’s make classroom management the easy and enjoyable part of the day!

Thank you Helene! You’re the first through the course, YAY! I appreciate your feedback.
Hi Jessica,
I liked your story and look forward to going through this study.
For only seven months I’ve worked subbing grades 2-12. I’m passionate about the subjects and want to impart information for learning, testing and life application, but classroom management has continually been a big challenge! I’ve become sort of cynical, thinking that regardless of grade, ethnicity or gender, when it comes to subs, all bets are off, anything goes (that will be permitted). I value the experience and like relating to the students, but sometimes I can’t wait for the day to be over!
Anyway, I should be able to improve my skills, so students learn more and my job satisfaction is better.
Richard
What a brave soul you are endeavoring to spend a summer engaging at a Boys and Girls Club!
I look forward to gaining insights on improving my classroom management skills!
Thank you!
Haha, thanks Charlotte! It was fun. Overwhelming, but fun.
Love your introduction. Anxious to refresh my memory regarding skills and Classroom Management
Nothing is coming up. I think I need to go to my desktop
I worked for Boys & Girls Club while at USU. I co-taught Spanish Club. I can totally relate to feeling drained but loving it. Thanks for sharing your story!

looking forward to learning from this course.
Appreciate your story. I have subbed for some years from first grade to high school seniors. Mostly middle school and high school. Some classes are nearly perfect in being quiet, being on task and respectful. Some are not. Looking forward to this course.
Jessica I feel rejuvenated after hearing your personal story again. I trust that our guest teachers will feel the same.
Thanks Tammy! So great to hear from you.
I can relate to your experience.
